Empowerment Provider
As an Empowerment Provider, you offer specific, valuable services at no cost to Ascend Program participants. Your involvement directly helps individuals take essential steps toward stability and self-sufficiency.
Examples of Empowerment Provider services include:

Resume writing assistance

Interview coaching

Guidance for enrolling in homeless shelters or housing programs

Other practical skills and supportive services
How it Works:

Ascend participants visit your location for the agreed-upon free service.

Upon completing the service, participants will present their Ascend Program card.

You'll mark their Ascend card with a Supply Hubs sticker provided to you free of charge.

A Supply Hubs representative will periodically check in to ensure you have an adequate sticker supply and collect feedback on your experience.

Essentials Provider
As an Essentials Provider, your role is to provide essential everyday items through a straightforward gift certificate redemption process, creating direct positive impact for program participants.
Examples of products offered:

Basic household necessities

Personal hygiene items
How it Works:

Supply Hubs purchases and pre-loads gift certificates at your store in denominations of $10, $15, and $20.

Ascend cardholders, after accumulating Supply Hubs stickers on their cards from completed tasks, visit your store to redeem them.

Your store representative marks the stickers on the Ascend card as redeemed.

The participant receives gift certificates equivalent to the sticker value, which they use in-store to obtain necessary items.
